I am always on the lookout for pomegranate friendly diets. Recently I’ve noticed one key diet that fits in well with pomegranate consumption and my general philosophy of dieting, the paleo diet. The paleo diet, also known as the hunter gather diet, is a nice very simply method of lowering your glycemic index and becoming healthier. Of course, it is very amenable to pomegranates and other fruits I enjoy. I had some trouble figuring out how to get started with this diet and then I found a good blog post on the best paleo diet books. I snagged a couple of those of Amazon and spent some time reading. Now I feel ready to go, I will keep you updated.
