Pomegranate Benefits

Pomegranate benefits: good. Overhyping pomegranate benefits: bad. At least that’s according to the United Kingdom. In the UK a Pom Wonderful juice commercial has been pulled for overinflating the benefits of the pomegranate fruit. It seems as if the advertisement stated that the juice can help drinkers “cheap death.” Hard to say who is right on this one. Certainly the anti-oxidant benefits of the pomegranate can help reduce damage to body tissues and perhaps more.
