In the west we look at the pomegranate as an exotic addition to our drinks. The health benefits of pomegranate juice are now well known and many people seek it out. What many do not know is that Iran is the largest pomegranate producer in the entire world. While Americans look at the red fruit and ask their friends how to eat a pomegranate, Iranians know the fruit well. If trade relations were normalized with Iran, a whole new flood of the wonder fruit would be headed for the United States. Right now, India is the main pomegranate producer that supplies the US.

Mmmm, we love the pomegranate, that much is for sure. The only thing better than buying the tasty and healthy yumminess from the store is having your own tree! Now obvious geographical barriers prevent some of you from this pride in ownership, but for the rest of you, here’s some ideas on how to care for your pomegranate tree.

The trees generally can withstand temperatures as low as 10 degrees, but citrus climates are still the best for them, in my opinion. Plant your tree in deep, heavy soil. Be sure to maintain the correct soil moisture in the summer and early fall (when you’ll be harvesting and enjoying pomegrate benefits).

Ok, we admit. One of the pomegranate benefits that we like best is its taste. One thing that you will want to try out, perhaps at your Super Bowl party, is a pomegranate kir royal (royale). Just because it is a guys game and night, doesn’t mean you can spice it up with nice tasty and classy drinks. Go out and purchase a decent bottle of sparkling wine. This would actually be what is known as a Kir Petillant. Anyway, try adding some pomegranate seeds as well as some pomegranate liqueur to your glass for a nice twist on the Kir drink and an alternative to beer on Sunday.

Pomegranates are only available as a fresh fruit in the United States, from places like California, September through January. A fresh pomegranate is a scrumptious nugget of food heaven that can play an integral role in your food. Despite its recent popularity, few people realize that the pomegranate is not as exotic as you might think. What makes the pomegranate pop is the inner red arils that contain tart and sweet flavor bursts. Really, you can complement both your sweet and savory dishes with the pomegranate. We think that Spanish religious missionaries imported the fruit to California in the colonial period. The strongest area of pomegranate production is the San Jaoquin Valley.

These days, when you are looking to buy a bottle of vodka, you can expect to have to make a few choices and decide what flavor you are going to want. Vodka comes in a wide variety of flavors, you can have cherry vodka, raspberry vodka and now you can get pomegranate vodka!

There are various recipes that you can find online in order to make your own pomegranate vodka, or you can just find a bottle at your local liquor store. When you do buy the pre-made vodka, you can expect to pay a pretty hefty price for this flavor. Because this flavor is so new to the liquor market, it might be hard to find and once you do find it, you are going to have to have some deep pockets, unless you are willing to go the extra mile and make this vodka on your own.

If you just want some vodka that has that simple taste of pomegranate, just take some pomegranate juice and mix it up with some vodka. It may sound like a pomegranate martini, and it is similar, but this mixture can easily be mixed with various juices in order to make an even better martini, with a bit of a twist!

If you need to find a decent pomegranate vodka recipe then take a look online. You can find a bunch of various recipes and recipes for various drinks that are made with pomegranate juice. If you just want a bottle of pomegranate vodka without the hassle of making it on your own, then check out your local liquor store, or check out online. You can find hundreds of types of vodka online, all you need is a bit of patience to wait for it to come in the mail. Take a look around and see what you can find, if you are having a small get together or a themed party of some sort a bottle of pomegranate vodka is going to make quite the impression, but remember to drink responsibly!

Most of us who love to go out for a night on the town like to drink something that really makes our taste buds jump! If you are looking for a drink with a little bit of a kick, then you should look into pomegranate juice and the drinks that can be made with pomegranate juice!

When you take a juice like pomegranate, you can literally mix the juice with a wide variety of alcohols and you will get a hit! Take the pomegranate martini, which seems to be incredibly popular when it comes to the female crowd. All you need is a bit of vodka and some pomegranate juice, and you are all set to go! If you want to get really fancy, try throwing in a bit of lemon-lime soda to go along with your pomegranate drink.

Those of us who love wine, or love sangria that is, are going to love pomegranate sangria! If you are having a big party then you can be sure that the pomegranate sangria is going to be a huge hit! All you really need is some red wine, pomegranate juice, brandy, and some sliced fruit such as oranges and various berries! If you need to find a recipe for this delicious delight, take a look online and see what you can find.

There is so much that you can do when it comes to pomegranate juice and making pomegranate drinks. If you are looking for something without the alcohol, mix and match with other juices and see what you like. You cannot really go wrong when it comes to juice and pomegranate drinks. But if you are looking for something that you can serve at a party, then take a look online and see what you can find in the way of pomegranate drinks. Every pomegranate drink that you bring to your lips will be a hit for your taste buds, just test it all out and see what you like, you are the judge!
